Robbie reflects:

Home

Quite a victory against Birmingham on Sunday:
It was good to bounce back. It was disappointing on Saturday, 10 for 27 foul shots, if we’d scored half of those we’d have won that game. At this level game, against a team of that quality we needed every point. On Monday, and every day, we’ll be practising those free throws. We did a great job getting to the foul line but we just didn’t convert them and paid the cost.

Robbie - time out

You've put an awesome team together:
Towers is a big name and it doesn’t surprise me players want to come here. There’s the continual drive to achieve silverware and they respond to that, it reflects on everyone. There are problems daily that have to be managed. Team chemistry is a difficult thing and need continual work. It is a strong start at the top of the league. We have some big games coming up and we have to keep moving forward, working hard to improve and iron out the wrinkles. Three big league games are coming up and we need three wins from them.

James Hamilton is one of my old Lieutenants. Unfortunately things didn’t work out with Rico and James stepped in for us. It’s a huge shame that he’s injured and we’ve missed him over the last few games. He’s been a calming influence, adding his experience and knowledge to the team.

Are you happy with the way things are going?
You are never really happy, you always want more, that’s the nature of the business. There are always things you’d like to change, such as lost games. I have no complaints. We’re in a good position to take off in the New Year and win the league. I think we have a team capable of winning the league.
